NEW PROJECTS

This three story 13,000 sq. ft. home crowns a hilltop over looking scenic Lakeway offering three hundred and sixty degree views of the surrounding hill country. It features two, three car garages, a fenestrated open entrance of glass walls clad in perforated metal screens, and a floating spiral staircase.

Located on a fifty-acre estate in Marble Falls, Texas, the modern home features 3 courtyards (tre cortile) comprised of 3,500 sq. ft. of occupied interior space and 2,500 sq. ft. of covered exterior space including a plunge pool, outdoor shower, expansive terraced back patio, and panoramic views of the rolling landscape.

The Westbrook residence spans 3,500 square feet in the suburban hills of Rollingwood, Texas. This modern home, under construction by Abode Homes, sits on a corner lot with a detached 3-car garage and board formed concrete privacy fences wrapping its exterior.

Mitigating the desire to view and experience the lovely Texas countryside around Lake Travis with a need for privacy, the architect designed Butterfly House with a central courtyard, flanked on either side by the more private residential wings of the home.

Designed around a very narrow lot and height restrictions the Townes Ln. House accommodates two floors, 3,400 sq. ft. of living space, and a two-car garage. Built for local Austin developer Lohr Homes, this home’s unique split form and angled roof structures creates a visually interesting façade without being dominated by the garage, allow for taller ceilings, and increase the presence of natural light.

Responding to a need to house two families Mirasol House overlooks Lake Travis, and is comprised of a series of three distinct box volumes clad in limestone, stucco, and glass. It is located in the Mirasol subdivision near Lake Travis. The contemporary architect designed this Austin home to satisfy the modern design preferences of the client.

This Austin home is comprised of a series of intersecting parallelograms that define interior spaces from exterior spaces. The modern home features a three-car garage, negative edge fountain pool, steel shading devices, and privacy walls. This is yet another one of our multi-family homes — designed for two brothers and their families.

CONSTRUCTION

Under Construction, by Edward Gordon Builders

The driving force behind the design and stylist approach to the home is the owner’s preference for simple, angular forms. Nestled into the hillside, the home is approached via a bridge that overarches a creek on the property. Bridge House was designed as an ideal bachelor pad for a high-tech executive and book collector, who likes to entertain. The home features a guest suite was designed specifically for his parents and a cantilevered swimming pool.

Inspired by the flowing form of a manta ray, this new design is one of the most advanced low-energy homes being built today. The home is under construction on Mt. Larson, one of the highest hills in Austin and was designed to harmonize with the hill-top and take advantage of the panoramic views of the river and Austin skyline.

Recently Completed, built by Lohr Homes, Austin, Texas

Designed for established Tarrytown developer Lohr Homes as a speculative project, Greenlee house needed to be carefully situated around two protected oak trees in this historic Austin neighborhood. The spacious two-story home is designed for a small family, and includes a covered back patio, open kitchen with a bar island and solid-surface countertops.
